Solar Atmospheres

The largest family-owned business of its kind in the U.S., the Solar Atmsopheres family of companies offers commercial vaccuum heat treating and related services to a diverse array of industries.

In 2023,  the Solar Atmosphere HR department had a chance to step back and assess the growing company's hiring resource needs. They sought a solution that would increase hiring capacity, letting the process scale as needed and especially as headcount grew.
